Store
To store your tie roll losely - this is better than hangng and lessens the possibility of creases.
Protect
Treat your tie, especially silk ones, with a fabric protector. This is readily available in the high street.
Avoid
Wearing your tie in situations where it might 'dip' into liquids or become stained by sauce drips whilst eating.
Clean
Don't clean silk ties in water - always have them dry cleaned
Use stain remover and a paper cloth to remove small stains
