Terms and Conditions

In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to I-Ties.

Order Acceptance
A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from us is only created once we have emailed you confirmation of your order. Orders are subject to availability. Where you order multiple products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products available and send the remainder of your order as soon as stock comes in. We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the web site or other promotional materials.

Price & Delivery
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

Liability and Disclaimer
Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither I-Ties nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of our negligence, our affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods ordered by you or any delay in delivering goods ordered by you or any damage to goods ordered by you, the cause of which is any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire Agreement between them relating to its subject matter. Nothing said or any representation made by any employee, including but not limited to our telesales staff, should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions of the sale or as an authorised representation about the goods provided. Our disclaimer of liability shall include but not be limited to misleading and untrue representations but shall not include fraudulent misrepresentations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Product Updates and Notifications

From time to time we may wish to contact you about product updates, sale, special offers  or new items. By creating your account with I-Ties you are agreeing to these notifications being emailed to you.  You may opt out at any time by notifying us.

Privacy

We take privacy of your details very seriously.  We do not sell, give away or divulge your details to third parties for marketing purposes.

When you place your order, we will require name, address, e-mail address and phone number and details of delivery address if different.  Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

When you register with us you can select whether you would like to receive our e-mail newsletter with special offers. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time through the "Your Account" function which lets you manage your settings at your own convenience.

Cookies

We make use of 'per-session' cookies to track customer progress within our site. Longer term cookies are only held on the customers' computer, and for the purpose of enabling Login to areas of the site only available to registered user.
